10 of the best high-end restaurants in Las Vegas
"One of those Las Vegas restaurants with a view, this Eiffel Tower restaurant offers you the charm of Paris in the Sin City. The place is charming and undoubtedly romantic. They have both lunch and dinner option available with two and three courses, and the former is cheaper than the latter if budget is your concern."
"Love is in the air: Take your romance to the next level with an Eiffel Tower Restaurant experience. Admire center Strip views from floor-to-ceiling windows, all while savoring fine French cuisine. We recommend a table by the window to make the most of your night."
"The Louisiana native scores high on the list due to his longevity, as well as the variety and quality of his creations. Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House has been at the MGM Grand for more than 20 years now (which might as well be a hundred years in Las Vegas terms) and is still competitive, with frequent menu updates. The chef who made "Bam!" a common kitchen phrase can also boast the whiskey-soaked Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian, and over at the Palazzo, Table 10 and the Lagasse's Stadium sports bar."
"Celebrity Chef Emeril is at it again with this fancy restaurant at the MGM Grand. It’s one of the best places to find fresh fish in Sin City and the rest of the menu features New O..."
"Emeril Lagasse’s banana cream pie has been a staple on the menu since the beginning. The pie contains three pounds of bananas at his restaurant at the MGM Grand."
"Foundation Room—a favorite for local, nightlife industry folk—is laid-back and soulful, as you would expect from House of Blues. Crowning Mandalay Bay at sixty-three stories high, this blues-inspired space feels more like a supper club lounge, with sofas, rugs and even a fireplace for a leisurely, laid-back vibe. In other words, it’s not a wild ‘n crazy atmosphere, so you’ll want to slow your roll."
"Stop by the Foundation Room and experience great panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip with its upscale casino hotels, high-end restaurants, shops, and attractions. Originally an exclusive private club for members only, this cocktail lounge is located on the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel right above the House of Blues. It has several bars, a big dance floor, and an upscale restaurant."
"The House of Blues Foundation Room found above the towers of Mandalay Bay is where you come for a nightcap and a full on party. This social haunt has some of the best food, views, and drinks in the city. An award-winning locale, the lounge offers the chance for everyone to experience the elite life."
"Located on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire boasts an innovative menu that infuses the simplicity of classic French cuisine with a modern spin--a fusion for which the three-star Michelin chef is revered in today's culinary world. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a dramatic glass staircase leading up to a suspended wine loft, the restaurant's most striking feature is arguably its lighting, which incorporates more than 300 gold globes designed to look as if they're floating in the air across the ceiling. Menu selections change seasonally, though Twist always showcases the finest cuts of beef available."
"If Robuchon is the most elaborate and Savoy the most elegant of Vegas's great restaurants, Gagnaire matches them for the creativity of its cuisine, which is often as baffling as it is exhilarating. One look at his scallop carpaccio with Campari or mushroom broth zézette tells you that you're in the hands of the enfant terrible of French cooking. The years haven't dimmed Gagnaire's incessant search for astounding edibles and his Nebraska sirloin with escargot sauce and venison ice-cream provides a window into the intellectual curiosity that drives his talent."
"Set above the brightly lit Strip on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria, French chef Pierre Gagnaire’s Twist is a bright, creative culinary journey through French flavors and techniques, including lobster fricassee, foie gras and a chocolate souffle."
"Smith & Wollensky, known as America’s Steakhouse, has made its return to the Las Vegas Strip and now calls Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas home. Boasting two stories tall, the all new classic steakhouse features a tavern like open concept bar and lounge off the promenade level,..."

"Cili promotes itself as a visual and culinary celebration of the idyllic, whimsical splendor of Bali and other far-off tropical lands."
"An undulating ceiling fashioned of tropical wood reinforces the clean, modern aesthetic of this celebrity haven. Convenient to the Bellagio casino, FIX serves as a vantage point for foot traffic, and fame-kissed personalities stake out tables in order to check out the action and to partake of terrific food served in the boisterous space. While they absorb the scene, they dine on oysters, sushi, homemade pastas, and grilled steaks."
"Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House embodies the rich tradition of the classic American steakhouse, serving USDA Prime Beef, fresh seafood and premium wines from our award-winning wine selection. "It's unlikely you'll stumble across this white-walled gallery near the valet at CityCenter's Mandarin Oriental, but it's certainly worth seeking out. Depending on where you're coming from, you'll pass chunks of CityCenter's $40m art collection, including works by Maya Lin (a suspended rendition of the Colorado River made from reclaimed silver) and Frank Stella (a 32ft work on canvas from his protractor series) in registration lobbies. Look out for Nancy Rubins's Big Edge, a large boat bouquet made of more than 200 tethered canoes and aluminium boats, which serves as the centrepiece for the $9bn campus of hotels."
"Perhaps one of the longest-standing cultural entities in Southern Nevada is the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art, which has existed in one form or another for more than five decades. Located in the heart of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas main campus, this spot isn’t only educational—it’s also the state’s most important collection house, complete with works formerly found in the Las Vegas Art Museum and the Nevadan portion of the 50×50 Collection from Dorothy and Herbert Vogel. Featuring a mix of contemporary and historic pieces—including artifacts dating back 1,000 years—the museum also offers space to show experimental art and rotating exhibitions."
"The Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art is located on the UNLV campus and is part of their College of Fine Arts. The admission is free, so it’s a great way to spend an afternoon if you need a break from the casinos. The beautiful, open space has benches and a very relaxing atmosphere to sit down and stare at the art."
"Vegas might have a lot of flashy art installations, but it’s not exactly a town known for its art museums. Marjorie Barrick is a venue trying to change that. This art museum is 100 percent free to enter and is geared towards the more educational elements of the Vegas art scene."
"This place is in the Luxor Hotel & Casino, it exhibits 13 preserved human bodies and more than 250 organs for an educational purpose. Here, if your kids are not squeamish, they can see how our muscles intricate and our organs in addition to getting educated a little bit about what happens if we neglect of our bodies. Bodies is one of the best kids attractions in Las Vegas."
"For a truly unique look into the complexities of the human body, stop by the BODIES exhibit. Thirteen preserved human bodies have been carefully shaped to display every facet of the human body, including circulatory and nervous systems. It’s geared towards people without scientific backgrounds without being too scientific."
"It’s one thing trying to keep your eyes open while reading from a boring biology book. It’s another thing seeing the biology makeup of actual bodies at REAL BODIES at Bally’s Las Vegas. Here you’ll get the science lesson you didn’t get in the classroom."
"The Nevada Southern Railroad Museum is a family-friendly museum dedicated to showcasing the history of the railroad system in Boulder City. Operated by the Nevada State Railroad Museum, the museum is set on the tracks that were laid down by the Union Pacific Railroad to service the Boulder Dam project and features a passenger platform, four operational diesel locomotives, three steam locomotives, and a variety of non-operational equipment that has been cosmetically refurbished for static display. Visitors can enjoy rides on wheelchair-accessible open-air cars or air-conditioned and heated Pullman coaches as well as model railroad displays and 7½" gauge trains on the weekends."

If you were ever curious about the history of the famous US railroad that used to run through the entire country, transporting gold, animals, and people since 1827, there is no better place for you than Boulder City. Nevada State Railroad Museum offers a big collection of locomotives, train cars, and photographs."
"Il Fornaio will help you to have them all as it provides you a journey through Italy since the first step in their restaurant. Their menu has different kinds of food like rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of freshly brewed espresso as a breakfast. Additionally, enjoy pasta and flavorful sauces simmer while meats, as well as vegetables, roast over hot coals for lunch and dinner."
"Fill up on bread and pasta at Il Fornaio at New York, New York, and you’ll have enough money for the quarter slots just outside the restaurant."
"Chef Bobby Flay is one of the most well-known chefs around, so it's no surprise that his newest restaurant in Las Vegas, Amalfi by Bobby Flay, was garnering buzz before it even opened. The space where Flay's Mesa Grill was located has been transformed into a space reflective of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. A fish and seafood display is the centerpiece of the new space, and the menu reflects that focus with an emphasis on fresh Mediterranean fish and handmade pasta."
